Adorable spot with a super warm staff! One of THE BEST espresso martinis I’ve ever had. I was obsessed with the Mexican street corn flatbread & popcorn shishito peppers with a super limey sauce. Also would highly recommend the seared scallops (the crab fried rice it was over was addicting).

This was such a cute place. The vibes were so fun and summery. I wish it wasn't so hot outside because I would have liked to go out to their rooftop bar, but I’ll have to check it out next time. I got the rock shrimp rigatoni and it was a little spicy but overall a great choice!

Spontaneously decided to get drinks and food after work. We headed into the bar which was beautifully decorated for the holidays but changed our minds and headed upstairs to sit and enjoy our small group of 4 and chat. We had drinks and apps that were so fun and festive. And the food came quickly and was delicious. I loved the Mexican street corn flatbread and the sliders with sweet potato "bread" they were both really good. We also had a nacho dish but I didn't try it although my friends said it was very tasty. The holiday special drinks were so fun, two of us ordered a gingerbread margarita that totally was fun to drink and perfectly made. The sugared rim was sweet with a sauce and crunchy sugar...so yummy and complimented the drink very well. The staff was attentive with out being obtrusive and we enjoyed a great Girl's night out. Will definitely come back.

overall a nice spot w different vibes in the bar area vs restaurant area vs second floor seating area. food was good but overpriced. i recommend the tavern burger and the Mexican street corn flatbread was solid as a vegetarian. crème brûlée espresso martini was a bit disappointing though it sounded really yummy. expect NYC prices

Great place to have lunch! Door was delicious, nice beer menu and a very friendly atmosphere. Their burgers are some of the best I've had. Highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

This is a modern slightly upscale take on the tavern with nickel gap shiplap covered in white for the dining room. I searched for a solid burger in Morristown and this seemed like the best choice. Service was prompt, glasses were too small yielding limited liquid after you receive a glass chocked full of ice. The Tavern burger called me and I went wild and chose the onion rings. These appeared to be house made with a purple onion on the inside. I found them to be too crispy causing them to break when bitten into. The burger was excellent with a great bun to meat ratio. The bun itself was incredibly soft and enjoyable. Otherwise there was nothing else notable about the meal.

Stirling Tavern is a fantastic place to catch up with friends over good food and a welcoming atmosphere during my Jan 2025 Travel. We started with the spinach artichoke flatbread, which was flavorful and perfectly crispy. The burger bites were juicy and satisfying, while the buttermilk fried chicken was crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. Everything was reasonably priced, making it great value for the quality. The ambiance was warm and inviting, however there was a big group in the dining area that creates so much of noise that we had to relocate to the bar area. Its pop a nice setting for a casual hangout. The service was great, The only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky, but it's definitely worth the effort. Overall, a great spot for a enjoyable meal
